Founded by Alicia Chapman, a passionate chocolatier and a pastry chef by trade, the idea for Little Cocoa came about when Alicia was living in Germany and discovered a small bean-to-bar chocolate shop focused on education, sustainability and supporting small-time cocoa farmers.
Having worked in numerous restaurants, high-end event spaces and catering for large weddings and corporate events, Alicia saw a gap in the market for custom and bespoke, quality chocolates – and in 2018, Little Cocoa was born!
